Monday Management and Photo Dump



Its MONDAY again... Is it me or does Ms. Monday sneak and creep  around super quick? Seriously I was just packing up to leave my office for the weekend and yet here I sit for a whole new week....

 Oh well I must admit that I was highly disappointed last night with the 49ers losing however the Steelers fan in me was excited that they didn't tie us with 6 rings LOL!!! #STEELERNATION BABY!!!!...I just really didn't want the Ravens to win...

Now on to what you all want to know. How much weight did I lose. LOL! I must be the one pound queen because my weight this morning (after I used the bathroom of course) was 203. Womp Womp. which means in two weeks I lost one pound. To make that sound better...I am proud to say that for the month of January I went from 211 to 204 for a total loss for the month of 7 pounds!!!!! YAAAY That's not water weight folks because the weight has stayed off and I continue to torture myself and drink water. Im so close to onederland I can taste it. So my goal this week is to get there!!!! I finally moved up to Level 2 of JM30DS can we say my everything is sore!... Geesh.... Biggest Loser Week 4

Well dolls another Monday is upon us... BOOOOO So I am going to make this short and sweet. I have no idea how much I weigh. I could not get on the scale. I feel swollen, indulged in alcohol, and couldn't stand to see another 1 pound loss or heaven forbid a gain. So in essence Im taking this week as my no weigh in week. Sue Me... The scale in my bathroom mocks me, when Im busting my butt she barely moves down, I make two mistakes and she cant wait to leap forward so no thank you.

In other news I have restarted JM30DS and I am already sore! Those are the longest 20 minutes of my life! Whew!!! So I am going to do it for a complete 30 days along with my other stuff so that hopefully I can see some results and finally post some before and after pictures! I know this was a quick post. I will have more updates this week but I'm tired, have a sick baby, and a sick fiance... Lysol anyone... I swear their poor immune systems are sooo weak, or maybe its the weather. I hope you ladies did well! Happy Monday!!!

Well this was me Monday, and speaking of which it won. I had a rough Sunday (See post) so Monday had a head start on me. Well to top that off I did not work out. I know I'm losing with that but I did not overindulge in any food, sweets, or alcohol! Like I told myself this morning today is a new day for me to get it right.... I met the future in laws this weekend and it went very well!!!! They liked me they liked me *does happy dance* and here are some pictures from that trip. If you follow my Instagram and you SHOULD!!!! you have seen some of these!

Thursday my little one was sick and I had to pick her up from school early. Well the lady slid me a piece of paper making sure I knew she could not come back until 24 hours fever free later. I'm thinking lady she is 8 I have done this a time or two!!!... Anywho I know I have talked trash about my job and while I meant most of it and the pay is crappy (wait where was I going with this) on Friday I took my baby with me and this is what she did.... And no she did not come into any contact with the clients. Fridays are my light days and when I had a client she went into another room.

 So I guess there are some perks to my job. No one batted an eye. Sure she cant come daily but hey it was an emergency. Now what you really want to know is have I been working out. YES I HAVE!!!!! I say that with such pride because it is so easy for me to lose focus and start saying oh I will do it tommorow. I am going to start my 30 day shred count over because I have not been consistent, and I really want to get in 30 workouts in 30 days. That wont be happening until Jan 4, 2013 though. In the mean time I will be doing it in the mornings along with my other stuff. I am just no longer counting the days because I missed so many. And because we all do it here are some sweaty pics LOL
